Infos booking and cancellation
We hope that you can have a wonderful and pleasant stay with us in Munich.
Please read the following important information carefully!
Payment
Please note that payment must be made 100% in advance.
From the time of booking 100% of the rental fee is due.
Methods of payment
Payment may be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), by bank transfer or in cash on arrival.
The tenant bears any fees for domestic and international money transfers.
Notes on prices
All prices on our partner websites (home-away, vrbo, booking.com) include 7% VAT ( 5% / 2nd half-year 2020 )
Cancellation and cancellation fees
If for some reason you are unable to travel to Munich, please note the following cancellation policy:
- If your booking is canceled, we charge a flat cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price.
- In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we calculate the total booked stay.
Travel safely – cancellation without risk
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, so that you may be compensated for possible financial losses if you have to cancel or shorten your stay, for example due to illness, accident or unemployment.
Takeover and use of the apartment
Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
You can take over the apartment on the day of arrival between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you can only arrive later, we ask for written or telephone notification at least 3 days in advance so that we can prepare a late check-in for you.
Late check-in fee: 50 € in cash, please pay directly on site to greeter.
Each guest is provided with one small and medium towel and a bath/shower towel per week.
WiFi is available free of charge in the apartments.
Persons not registered in the rental agreement (including children) do not have the right to live and reside at the apartment. The rental price is calculated according to the number of people staying and the length of stay.
Please note, pets are only allowed in our apartments by prior arrangement. Extra fees will be charged for this. 30 € / per pet / per stay.
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments!
The rental property will be handed over to you in a clean and contractually-agreed condition. If there are any defects or the inventory is incomplete at the handover, we ask you to inform us immediately.
We kindly ask you to treat the rental property, including the furniture and other objects in it, with care and to urge accompanying or visiting persons to exercise care.
On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement until 11:00 a.m. We ask you to leave the apartment neat and clean, and to put away the dishes and empty the trash.
A final cleaning fee is charged at the time of the booking (the amount depends on the rental property); this fee is mandatory and cannot be waived.
Please put the 2 sets of keys and the parking card provided for parking on the dining table and close the door tightly behind you on departure.
The housekeeping staff will arrive from 10 a.m. onwards and start the final cleaning.
