About us

As we have been dealing with modern interior design and contemporary design for a very long time, we have occupied ourselves intensively, with how we can arrange a “home base” for our guests in Munich.

Our interior design is an expression of who we are and the feeling we want to achieve for our international guests in our feel-good oases.

The individual apartments enjoy an ambience that´s a unique blend of modern, minimalist and contemporary living in which every guest can feel right at home from the very beginning.

Each of the apartments reflects a different theme – very individual and with high standards.

Fantastic place to stay in family-friendly neighborhood

We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. This was one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced (and we've stayed in a lot of rentals in many countries). It has so many positive features: street level access; stand-alone unit with no shared walls or people living above or below; outdoor patio; privacy; spacious; quiet and cool bedrooms; modern and tasteful furnishings; fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of useful amenities. We also loved the neighborhood, with plenty of cafes, bakery, restaurants, playground, grocery store, access to public transport, etc. We would definitely return to this wonderful place in Munich.

Lively Neighborhood Feel!

A lovely, modern apartment right on the doorstep of some great restaurants and brewers! The apartment was lovely and clean and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with all that is needed to prepare meals from home. The decor was brilliant. The location was easy to access using public transportation, and a parking pass was provided, though we did not use it. Grocery stores and bakery just a few minutes' walk away. Take time to walk around the area, there are many cute shops and a nice park. Our hosts were amazing and super friendly. I would have loved to have spent the day just chatting with them!

Fantastic location and apartment

Our stay was fabulous. The kitchen was well-equipped, the space was beautiful and abundant, and it was surprisingly quiet for being at street level. We loved the neighborhood—cafes and bakeries just steps away. There was easy access to both the old city (via bus) and the highway system (for getting out of town). We were at first a little apprehensive about parking on the street, but we were always able to find a spot with minimal effort and we never felt that our car was at risk.

Great start for a day of excursions!

Very good location - a few minutes walk to the Sendlinger Tor / Viktualienmarkt or the Deutsche Museum. Nice decor, clean, bright, perfect care.

Great apartment in a great location!

Top location in the middle of a well-kept residential area, very nice, modern furnished apartment, with everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, toaster, coffee machine, etc. The apartment is very quiet inside, you don't hear any noise from the neighborhood and also not from traffic. In the immediate vicinity are 2 bakeries, cafes, two pizzerias, a Mediterranean restaurant and two bourgeois inns. In our case, a nice big playground in the street was particularly great. A supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Bus stop "Ehrengutstrasse" 100m away (tip: buses run very quickly there), drive to Sendlinger Tor with the possibility to change to the subway in just a few minutes, drive to the Viktualienmarkt in just under 10 minutes. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. All in all, we can definitely recommend the apartment.

Very much enjoyed out stay!

The apartment was wonderfully decorated and in a great Munich location. Very clean and walking distance to a number of good restaurants and parks. A 10 minutes ride to main city attractions. We would definitely recommend.

The best apartment in Munich!

This is the first time I rented an apartment on VRBO and it was actually much larger than it appeared in the pictures! The apartment is spotless with two large bedrooms and one large bath, a lovely kitchen with separate eating area and a large living room. It is perfectly appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The apartment is very quiet and is conveniently located steps away from a subway stop. You'll be eight minutes from the Munich Center and all the attractions and train stations. The apartment owner was easily reachable by phone, text or email. It's an easy 30 minutes trip from the airport. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and several bakeries and a target-type store right around the corner in case you forget something. If you are a runner or a cyclist, there are lovely safe running and bike paths right along the river where many people run, walk and cycle. I really can't say enough about the apartment, I will absolutely rent there again the next time we are in Munich.

Very nice apartment in a really quiet, great location

Very tasteful, clean apartment. Great location, everything in Munich easy to reach. Subway Station on the doorstep. Brilliant bakery within 3 minutes walking distance. Our short stay in Munich was completely successful!

Great Location

This apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. There are several good restaurants just a few steps away, a grocery store about a 5 minute walk. In addition at each end of the street there are bus lines to take you anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again!
